How to Configure Google Checkout
To accept Google Checkout in your Wicked Plum shop, you’ll need to provide some basic information and adjust a few settings in your Google Checkout profile*. Here’s how – click the images to view full-size, and watch for the big orange arrows to guide you.
Step 1: Log in
Log in to your Google Checkout account at http://checkout.google.com.
Step 2: Click “My Sales” in the top right corner* of the screen

Step 3: Click the “Settings” tab in the upper left corner

Step 4: Near the bottom of the list in the left sidebar, click the “Integration” link

Step 5: Google Checkout Settings
a) Uncheck the “Shopping cart post security” checkbox.
b) You’ll need to enter your API callback URL in the box provided. You can get this information from your Mal’s account settings or from us – just drop us a line and ask. Your API callback URL is a link that lets the Google Checkout process talk to your Wicked Plum shop, and will look something like http://ww7.aitsafe.com/gen/google.php.
c) Make sure that the “Notification as XML” radio button is ticked.
d) Copy down your Google Merchant ID and Google Merchant Key, and send them to us so we can add them to your account.
e) Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

That’s it! You’ll soon be up and running with Google Checkout.
*Note: this assumes that you have already set up your Google Checkout Account. If you haven’t, or if you need a bit more help, contact support and we’ll walk you through the process.
