How to Turn on Google Analytics for your Shop
Google Analytics are set up to appear right on your Wicked Plum Shop dashboard. To connect the dashboard widget to your Google Analytics account*, follow these basic steps. Click the images to view full-size, and watch for the big orange arrows to guide you.
Log in to your Wicked Plum shop. On the left navigation menu, click “Settings” and then click “Google Analytics”:
On the Google Analyticator settings page, click the link that says “Click here to login to Google, thus authenticating Google Analyticator with your Analytics account.”
Make sure that the website in the yellow box is your Wicked Plum shop (yourdomain.com), and click “Grant Access”:
Select the Google Analytics account for your shop* from the drop-down list provided:
Enter your Google Analytics UID in the box provided (here’s how to find your UID):
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the “Save Changes” button. Important note: do not change any of the other settings on the page.
Once you’ve completed these steps, your Google Analytics stats will begin to show on your desktop within 24-48 hours.
