Recently I had a bit of a problem with my email—for some reason my order emails started winding up in my spam folder. I found them again and all is well, but it got me wondering if there was a way to find your order details in Mal’s as well.
Turns out there is, and here I’ll show you how to do it.
Log into Mal’s E-commerce (https://www.mals-e.com/) and click on ‘List orders’.
This will take you to a listing of all of your recent orders. Click on the ID number for the order you’re interested in.
A summary of the order will show up on the right side of the page. Click on ‘Display this order’.
That’ll open a new window that’ll show all the order details you need.
Mal’s only keeps these for eight weeks, so don’t depend on them to keep your records for you—but if you managed to delete the email with the order information in it, this’ll save your butt.
