Managing Inventory and Deleting Items

When a purchase is made from your shop, the inventory amounts will automatically be adjusted. For example, if you have three green sock monkeys in stock, and Joe Test buys one, the inventory will automatically adjust to show two in stock after the transaction has been completed.

If a purchase results in an in-stock quantity of zero, the item will still display in your shop, however, an “out of stock” notice will appear.

To temporarily remove an item from your shop:

• Log in to your admin console
• Expand the Items section on the menu on the left side of the screen, and click “Manage”.



• Scroll through the list or use the search box in the upper right corner to find the item you wish to edit
• Click the name of the item to open the editor



• Directly to the right of the title field is the Publish box. Click the “Edit” link next to “Status: Published”



• Select “Draft” from the dropdown menu and click “OK”



• Click the blue “Update Post” button



• To make the item live again, click the blue “Publish” button.

To permanently remove an item from your shop:

• Log in to your admin console
• Expand the Items section on the menu on the left side of the screen, and click “Manage”.
• Scroll through the list or use the search box in the upper right corner to find the item you wish to edit
• Click the name of the item to open the editor
• Directly to the right of the title field is the Publish box. Click the “Move to Trash” link.
