How to Add a Blog Post
Blogging’s a vital part of getting the word out about your work. At Wicked Plum, your blog is integrated with your shop, so you’ll be able to talk to your customers without them having to leave your site to read your words.
Adding a blog post is easy — it works very similarly to adding a new item or adding an info page.
From inside your Wicked Plum account, expand the Blog section on the menu on the left side of the screen, and click “New”.
This will take you to the “Edit Post” page.
In the first line at the top of the screen, enter a title for your blog post.
In the large text area just below the title, enter your blog post. You can upload media and format your post content using the buttons above the text area. If you’ve ever used blogging or word processing software, the buttons should be somewhat familiar.
To insert images or video into your blog post, use the “Upload/Insert” buttons above the main text area. (See more about adding multimedia here.)
You can preview your post by clicking the “Preview” button to the upper right. This will open a preview in another tab.
When you are satisfied with your post, scroll to the top of the page, and click the blue “Publish” button.
Congratulations! You’ve added a blog post.
