When you order, I need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit-card number and expiration date. This allows me to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. You may voluntarily sign up for my newsletter or submit a support request or contact form. For this service I need only your name, shop name (support form only) and e-mail address, which I use to send the information you requested.
Like many other websites, I use Javascript and cookies to monitor visitor traffic patterns and site usage in order to help me improve the site. The data collected for these purposes contains no personally identifiable information. You can disable Javascript and/or disable cookies in your browser at any time.
Is my information safe?
I will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. I may from time to time share site statistics with a third party, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information. If at any time you would like to know what information I have on file for you, and/or would like me to delete you from our system, please email your request to info [at] wickedplum.com.
